"Leadership is very close minded"

My children finished at Hollyfast. Most teachers are very good but the head is very self defensive and she doesn't listen to parents opinion.They school has gone down in performance over the years which the concerns were raised by parents in the past. They called the parents evening 'consultation' but there is actually no formal consultation or questionnaire,etc..
