"Over grown"

I visited the Crem. on Sunday 7th August to put flowers on my mum and dad's grave. Bearing in mind that my brother had visited only 6 weeks prior to this I was most upset to find that the shrub planted on another grave had encroached on to mum and dad's grave almost covering the headstone and had also spread across to another grave as well. This isn't the first time this has happened and something needs to be done about it..
