I've been left holding on the line for over ten minutes. Either they just leave you on hold as they are on lunch or simply dont have the sense of urgency to pick up the phone! I'm a paying customer also so it's not as if i am after a completely free treatment for my dog! Really bad service. I've always paid into PDSA as my dog is insured through them too..
