Coventry and Warwickshire may not portray the same image of vitality and activity as the great metropolitania of Birmingham, Manchester and London. But for the informed visitor and local alike there is a wealth of opportunity and interest.

For the visitor with an historic eye the area offers a uniquely varied flavour of Britain from the industrial heritage of Coventry to literary magnificence of Shakespeare's Stratford. Thrown in for good measure are the castles at Warwick and Kenilworth and the old and new cathedrals at Coventry.

Added to these tourist trail attractions are a host of museums, galleries, parks, gardens and craft centres. More than enough for every day tripper and family outing.

For the more tranquil at heart Warwickshire is gifted with some of the finest villages in the country, many steeped in history as well as beauty. Take a look at the CWN Village View to find out more.

CWN is not however just another Internet tour guide. For sure we will help you find an appropriate place to eat or sleep, we will also guide you around the main attractions. But CWN will give you more - the good, the bad and the ugly.

We'll give you latest news, in-depth reviews and honest views. You can even have your say - post a message to the guestbook, or better still join in the discussion in the CWN Conference Centre.

Enjoy and be heard!
