"No customer service skills"

I visited your store in lower precinct Coventry on the 17th July 2017 to enquire about a suitable package to change from my existing provider to O2. The young lady that I spoke to barely greeted me, with not even a sign of a smile. I asked my question but her reply and explanation made me feel like I was being a nuisance. I'm 63 years old, not into permanently having a phone attached to my ear but still require a good service for my personal requirements. After visiting this O2 store I feel like maybe my current provider (although putting their charges sky high) maybe the best bet until I find a helpful mobile phone provider.
