A review of PDSA Pet Aid Hospital by Anonymous written on Sunday 22nd of April 2018
We found all the staff rude and unprofessional in terms of diagnosis. My cat was given a presumed diagnosis as they cannot afford the proper tests apparently. My cat does not have what they diagnosed her with. This then went on to involve my beautiful cat having an eye out. They butchered her at pdsa. When questioning them we were, beat down at every turn. We took her to another vets and she has now got the treatment she needed. We are still in shock as to the state of our cat. All they are interested in is money not the best care. Just basic care. We fundraise for them and donate £100 each month to charity shop. There are too, many people paid from rude receptionists and incompetant, vets. The only decent staff are volunteers and they are only there to look good on cv's apparently. By the time you have donated it's cheaper to go to independent vets. Can't compare English vets to the Spanish as they have compassion and empathy which pdsa seriously lacks!.
