"Three let-down's. There won't be a fourth!"

Poor service! Three times I've been let down. On the third occasion I stated THREE TIMES that I needed delivery by 11am, which was acknowledged. 11.30am I find myself enquiring as to why no delivery, only to be told it would be with me once the driver has come back from his other local run (probably about 1pm). Needless to say, I cancelled it. I will NEVER use this company again!.
