Contacted Dean Reid concerning a failure of central heating and hot water system

to operate.

He made an urgent appointment for first thing the following morning and arrived spot on time and diagnosed and corrected the problem within half an hour. He waited a further half an hour to ensure the problem did not recur.

His costs were reasonable and he assured us of immediate attention if the failure die recur and a new part was needed.

Very impressed with the service provided..
