"Constantly on hold"

Tried on numerous occasions to cancel a booking due to being unable to attend due to Covid 19 lockdown restriction, gave up due to constandly being put on hold with monotonous repeat that my custom is very important to them. 😠Appreciate they may be short staffed due to covid but over 20 minutes on hold..
