"Cant get cab to ya"

Phoned for taxi at 3.15,wos told it would take 15 minutes to come,ok so waited outside in cold for twenty minutes nothing came phoned back up and was told cant get cab to you this was in bayton road,not far from tesco in longford there's always taxis there ,this is second time I've been told within two weeks that taxi wont come ,sorry to say I wont be phoning your company again ,and you wonder why people use uber?.
