L dropped my tv into PAL

shop for repair

great ladyvery nice took it ioff me.

24hrs,nothing, so l called them,"oh yes,

in thebworkshop,will call you.

24 hrs later l called, oh yes.

24 hrs,

oh yes ,sorry , a customer has come into shop.

so, you must call me back.

really, l am a customer as well,

why am l beinh relegateted to the shop customer.?
