"Talktalk is charging me for a service I have not used"

It is sad that talktalk Is asking me to pay for a broadband service they sent to my address and didn't install, I have not used for 1 minute. And I have been charged money that I didn't make use off. No way to reach out to talktalk despite my numerous attempts. I want to return the broadband, how do I do that?.
