"Dunelm Mill Coventry Review"

Went to Dunelm Mill Store today and did notice there wasnt a warm welcome at all.

Not one staff member said hello apart from the girl at the till when I finished shopping.

Found they used all space available which is great for them but not customers.

I put the trolley basket to the side when I went down the aisles but when I went to get it a staff member had clearly took it and put my items back onto the shelves without even asking if it belonged to anyone.

Really bugged me so I had to go all the way around again but this time I just bought a couple of items as by then I just could not be bothered.

As I did say no-one spoke to you.

When I had finished shopping (twice) I got to the till with a queue and with only one girl serving she was polite and said sorry for the wait.

Its a shame really but I wouldnt go out of my way to shop there I would rather shop locally.

I am in retail myself and if I found one of my staff members not speaking to my customers I can asure you I would go out of business.

Hope Dunelm Mill sorts this issue out as a lovely hello goes a long way with customers.
