This is the second occasion that I have made a telephone request for a sick note for work, The first occasion was on the 29/09/2014 @ approximatley 09.45 I was not able to get an appointment and was informed that a Dr would call me back,I had to call the surgery again @ 1.30pm and was told that the DR was still dealing with the morning calls I then told the receptionist that I if I have not been dealt with by 5pm that I would make an official complaint, I finally received the phone call from the DR at 3.30pm. I am upset that I have been treated in this manner yet again today 13/10/2014 time of phone request for another sick note 10.am again told DR may need to call me before issuing a new sick note it is now 3.15pm and still not had any news. I would like an explanation as to the reason why please..
