We booked for 7:30 pm and arrived on time. Our waitress asked if we were ready to order and we asked for a couple more minutes. Big mistake. We waited ages for her return. We did not order a starter and opted for a trip to the free salad bar instead. Just as well. Our meals did not arrive until 8:40 pm. All four meals were luke warm and over-cooked (one was virtually cremated). Although we had ordered from the set menu offering a special price for two courses, we had no time to wait for dessert. Although we complained about the lateness and quality of our meals, we had no time to wait for replacements. We were given a 20% discount on our bill. Frankly, this did not provide adequate compensation for such a poor dining experience. We won't be returning..
