"Mess up"

A review of The Co-operative Funeralcare by Barry Clough written on Sunday 11th of December 2016

Following my mothers funeral last week i feel that it will be appropriate to now complain direct to the funeral directors.

Choosing the final details to any occasion is what makes it unique to the person concerned. as a family we deliberated on the chosen songs for some time and went to lengths with the funeral directors to make sure they had the copyright details of tracks album year etc and a CD was given as a back up, The songs were such an important aspect of the funeral,

On the day different versions had been chosen by the funeral directors. We could have lived with this but it seemed they had been downloaded at a very slow speed making it impossible to sing along to them and with chorus's missing. It was obvious to all how bad they were with many comments after the funeral. it spoilt what should have been a time of focus on our mother to an embarrassing charade.

To top it all when asked where the A4 picture was that we had had done the reply was oh i have left it on my desk. the co op funeral made 51 million in profit last year..
