"Wedding day do"

We held out wedding day reception on 4th February 2017.And we were very disappointed with the service we received. We paid for a warm buffet for the afternoon and a cold buffet for the evening, The food was poor and the service by the member of staff was bad. We paid for a toast but it was left on the side and nobody helped to serve it out. The guess them self ended up handing it out. When we asked about the toast we were told by a member of staff it was not her job and was not a slave. We paid a lot of money for it all. And we asked for coffee and tea. And was told we would get that when we arrived. But when we asked for coffee and tea we were told we had to wait till after the food was put out. And when it was time to move the tables for the evening none of the staff helped to move them. One of the glooms was lifting tables and he has arthritis and not fit to do it. When the evening food was ready the Mother of the groom who is 89 was in a queue but was told she had to go too the back. When we booked the club we paid £50 which we were told we would get back. But we did not get it back. So would we recommend the club to family and friends ? The answer to that is NO.
