As a patient at this surgery for over 60years i have seen may changes and challenges. I have always found the Drs and staff caring. At times what we perceive as an unreasonable timescale for replies may be because of the workload of Drs. Dealing with a sick person requiring immediate help must take priority over requests for repeat sick notes. The current shortage of GPs and the pressure put upon them makes it very difficult to please everyone and we should show a little understanding of the situation. I will continue to recommend this surgery.
